PMC Africa is a business unit of London Research International Ltd. (LRI), a London-based energy and development consultancy. LRI is a member of British Expertise and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK. LRI is located in Central London, near Waterloo Station.

Teruhiko (Terry) Tsumura is principal founder and Managing Director of LRI. He has managed consulting projects primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors in more than 30 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North and South America. He spent 13 years as a senior manager and project economist for former Pacific Consultants International (PCI), then a leading international engineering consulting firm based in Tokyo, Japan. While working for PCI, he represented the Japanese government at international conferences sponsored by the World Bank, the OECD and other international organisations. Before joining PCI, he worked briefly for the UN in New York. He has an extensive network of high-level business contacts in Japan and the UK, particularly in the energy, manufacturing, infrastructure and engineering consulting industries.
Richard Oshowole is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in change management, organisational development and programme management. He has worked with both private and public sector clients in Europe, Africa and Asia and held senior consultancy positions with leading British and International firms. He has led the delivery of multi-million pound projects and managed large teams of consultants and sub-contractors. As a former Director of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he has a wide acquaintanceship among business leaders of Nigeria and other West Africa countries.
Ross Muir is LRI’s lead Project Manager and is responsible for the successful delivery of LRI’s consulting and research projects. He has experience running research projects in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. He previously spent three years managing field operations and logistics for a US-based survey company with both private and public sector clients, and has direct experience living and working in a number of countries around the world, including Nigeria and Gabon.
